Return & Limited Warranty Policy
A toy adds joy, our collections trigger passion!
Unfortunately, sometimes you may consider that you haven’t chosen the right toy or you have unfortunately received a damaged product. Because purchasing a toy for a little one should remain a special moment to share, we want to make sure we can satisfy you.

1. Return Unopened Products:
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to submit a Return Authorization Request form (https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0610/1699/8046/files/DTC_Return_Authorization_Request.pdf?v=1654223050) for the item you have, and once the return is pre-accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Your items must be in the condition received and in the complete original box and/or packaging – unopened and unused, with tags.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@speedymonkey.com or navigating to Customer Care section in the footer of our web site and by clicking on “Returns and limited warranty”. Once you have filled out our Return Authorization Request form and that your return is pre-accepted, you will receive a return #. This number will have to be added on the Return form (https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0610/1699/8046/files/Return_Form_SM.pdf?v=1654126401) that you will add to the package along with the product. Returns need to be sent to our fulfillment partner at following address:

Shipping cost & shipping sales tax incurred for returns are non-refundable and within the customer’s responsibility. There will be a $4.95 restocking fee applied deducted from your refund.
We reserve the right to not accept a return if the product is sent back to us without first submitting a Return Authorization Request form and in the absence of a receipt.
2. Return Opened and/or Damaged Products:
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of initial order. Opened products purchased from Speedy Monkey LLC must include the original packing slip and the receipt when being returned after the return has been pre-accepted.

If you purchased a product from an authorized Speedy Monkey retailer/wholesaler, please contact them for assistance with your refund. We will work directly with them on the back-end.
3. Damages or order error:
Regretfully, products can be damaged during shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately. It’s helpful to save all packaging material and paperwork.
Speedy Monkey LLC reserves the right to request an email with pictures of a damaged or defective product before pre-accepting a return (see section 1).

Shipping cost & shipping sales tax incurred for returns of damaged goods or errors are non-refundable and within the customer’s responsibility, unless:

it is proven that the item has a manufacturing defect /or are damaged by delivery.
In this case, there will be no restocking fees applied; -
It is proven that the item received has been sent by error by our fulfillment partner.

Extreme care is taken to fulfill your order but if you receive the wrong item, please report it immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, our services will confirm approval and process the refund.
You will receive a refund within 10 business days from the date the return is received and on your original payment method. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds to gift recipients and for items purchased on sale.
5. Limited Warranty:
Speedy Monkey offers a limited warranty to the original consumer purchaser only and on selected products. This warranty runs from date of purchase under normal and intended use and service against defective workmanship and material. If our product fails to meet our limited warranty, we will, at our option, replace the product free of charge, or provide you with a replacement of comparable value.
This warranty does not apply in cases of damage in transit, inadequate care or neglect, abuse, abnormal use, misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, damage due to environmental or natural elements, failure to follow product instructions, immersion in water (except for products specifically identified by us in writing as intended for water use), battery leakage or improper installation, improper storage or maintenance of the products, or improper service, an act of God (such as fire) or causes not arising out of defects in materials and workmanship.
Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. There are no warranties which extend beyond what is expressly stated in this warranty.
